Technical Difficulties!

I never like to write these posts. Actually - I have never had technical difficulties this bad during my time with my blog!

Due to some really big hiccups with Adobe that have rendered all my design and photo editing programs useless, my lovely puppy photos, outfit photos, and delicious food posts are all waiting to be edited! The worst. Instead, I thought I would share some of my favorite things to do when my technology isn't being respondent. For instance - back at the beginning of June, my cell phone died. It just turned off in the middle of the day at work and never turned back on. I went without a phone for a week! It was actually kind of great, until I needed GPS.

Anyhow - my favorite non-techy activities!

Long walks with the pups
Seriously - who doesn't love long walks? It's light exercise, wonderful in the evening, and great for long phone conversations with friends.

Target Trips
I can spend a lot of time at Target. I have a lot of memories of going to Target for celebration, to cure sadness, and just because hey, we definitely need to go to Target every weekend.

Reading Old Magazines and Books
I often will grab a magazine or book from my stash to read! It's nice because often I haven't read them in so long, that I kind of forget a lot of things in them. Lately, I've been dying to reread the Harry Potter books for some reason.

Crafts
DIYs are a great way to pass time. Check out some of my old ones here.

Here's hoping that I get my tools back soon! It's so hard when everything goes wrong in the gap of time I reserve for my blog activities!

  1. I just started rereading some HP. I'm about three-quarters of the way through Prisoner of Azkaban!

  2. I agree with you, sometimes when technology breaks it's better to not fret it and just enjoy the little things. Such a lovely list :)

  3. Ugh I've been out of commission because I somehow managed to get a virus on my little ol' netbook. I think it's fixed now but what a bummer!
