Small Girl, Big Ideas

Summa Time

I've long lover summer - all of the sun, the warmth, and the good weather. Well, guess what? South Florida summers are pretty much rain, rain and more rain. Here's how we have been keeping the pups entertained and healthy with outside time being often cut short due to the torrential downfalls that occur at the most random of times. (PS. The videos of Teemo have no sound - my animated GIFs weren't working out so I did videos for once).

Bubble Hunting!
This activity is great both indoors and outdoors - and Teemo LOVES bubble hunting. We discovered this on a trip up to Jason's parents for Fourth of July. It's SO cute.

Playing Tug
Both of my pups love to play tug of rope!

Healthy Treats
Lately, instead of eating dog treats, we've been feeding them the really fresh fruit we get. Strawberries and blueberries are a total favorite. It's a low-cal, sweet puppy treat that's easy to access.

Healthy Food
Petcurean pet food is the only thing my pups eat now aside from fresh or non-processed treats. The fresh ingredients reflect what we eat ourselves and keep them fit and healthy - seriously.

This post was sponsored by Petcurean as part of their brand ambassador program. This indicates I received a product in exchange for review, although the opinions and ideas expressed are my purely own (or my dogs). For more information - read the disclosure of this blog.

  1. We don't have that around here, but we do have something similar. Akira loves to play tug as well!

  2. The bubbles idea is fun. Will have to try that with Stella!
