Small Girl, Big Ideas

Perhaps it's just imagination

I feel like a pretty different person now that I am living in Florida. The transition has truly been easy for me - something that wasn't true when I moved to Pennsylvania back in 2011. Having my first job out of college be pretty volatile and dealing with a lot of my team being let go left me a pretty nervous person at work for a long while after. I found myself in a very stressful environment at my last job as well. And now, I am so incredibly fortunate to have found a job that I am incredibly comfortable in and love doing. Finally! Plus, I can't beat the adorable areas and delicious food being within walking distance of my new office. I will be honest that it will probably get annoying about how much I will tell you I love it here, but it's true - I really do.

  6. I am moving from Texas to California (tomorrow actually!) for similar reasons -- job, not "clicking" here, etc. -- and I hope the transition goes as smoothly for me as it has for you. I love the photo with the palm trees!

  7. Whoa! I missed the news flash that you moved to my home state! I hope you love it. :) If you ever venture north on 27, wave to Highlands County/Sebring for me. :) There's not a whole lot to wave at, but it's home to me. Hehe!

Glad you're loving your new job! It sounds like this is the perfect place for you!

  8. I love all the colors in this outfit! And I'm so glad that you're happy and loving Florida. I'm kind of jealous, but I don't know if I could live there full-time. I need my autumn! I want to move to North Carolina someday.
