Honey Spread with Deliciously Simple

In the winter, I am a big fan of warming, savory foods. Cornbread and honey spread is a winter favorite, brought on by our visits to The Barn (a restaurant featured in this post) which is where I first tasted honey spread. It's not incredibly buttery - which is exactly why I Can't Believe It's Not Butter's Deliciously Simple Spread worked so well for this. It's really soft and spreadable, and it's not a particularly 'buttery' flavory. It's a bit lighter in flavor than just straight butter and got a nice bite and sweetness from the yogurt. It is tasty, but I don't think it's a substitute for butter for things like toast, but really good for baking/toppings/dips. Hence, honey spread! This is seriously the easiest recipe I've ever done, EVER!

What You'll Need
6 Ounces (1/2 Tub) Deliciously Simple Spread
2 Tablespoons Honey

Mix the ingredients in a small, sealable bowl with a fork until well whipped. Store in the fridge. Serve with cornbread, muffins, or something similarly sweet. Yum!
